ArtXpanse combines expressive arts techniques based on humanistic psychotherapy along with business expertise to present the following programs designed for the work environment.

Team Building- Community Wellness...Creative Partnerships
Learning Objectives:
- Actively utilize collaborative art making to break through misunderstandings and miscommunications to promote a sense of equality, respect and harmony.
- Foster emotional healing, resolve inner conflict and awaken individual creativity.
- Promote integration and balance to your team.
- Awaken the collective creative spirit of your team to improve energy, engagement and problem solving.
Timeframe & Materials:
- This three session program is designed for 10 participants. Sessions are held one week apart and last 2 ½ hours each.

Let Your True Colors Shine
Learning Objectives:
- Identify your spectrum of personality traits using True Colors ®
- Learn how to recognize values, motivations, joys and strengths, stressors and frustrations of each personality .
- Uncover a better way of communicating and relating with others
- Reduce conflicts due to communication breakdowns.
- Build understanding and rapport with diverse groups.
- Discover how to develop positive self-esteem in self and others.
- Awaken the collective creative spirit of your employees by improving their energy, engagement, and commitment.
Timeframe and Materials:
- True Colors Introduction is designed to introduce the personality styles. This 4-hour program accommodates 10 – 40 participants. All materials are included.
- True Colors and Conflict Resolution is based on the assumption participants are familiar with their True Colors. It focuses on using conflict resolution techniques working with their True Colors. This 4-hour program accommodates 10 – 40 participants. All materials are included.
- True Colors Leadership is based on the assumption participants are familiar with their True Colors. It explains how your True Color may vary in your leadership role, explains the strengths, blind spots and how to use all the colors to your best advantage . This 4-hour program accommodates 10 – 40 participants. All materials are included.

Art and the Strategic Mind
Learning Objectives:
- Understand and learn how to leverage the emerging skill sets defined by Daniel Pink in A Whole New Mind that are critical to survive and thrive in business and everyday life in the Conceptual Age:
- Design vs. function
- Story vs. Argument
- Symphony vs. Focus
- Empathy vs. Logic
- Play vs. Seriousness
- Meaning vs. Accumulation
- Explore these skills in a creative collaborative setting with your team.
- Explore your team’s business objective in this supportive and creative setting.
Timeframe and Materials:
- One Day Program (8:30am – 4:30 pm)
- Morning Session – focus on conceptual age skill sets using experiential individual and group exercises.
- Lunch – Provides an opportunity for nourishment and exercise.
- Afternoon Session – Reinforce the morning experiences and learning. Next focus on your specific business objectives facilitated by you with the support of the ArtXpanse staff, as needed.

Community Wellness… Anchors Away Creative Outings
Learning Objectives:
- For this program, we plan, coordinate and facilitate excursions geared towards ensuring a positive social interaction with tangible reinforcement for your group based on your specific needs.
- Each program is held in a stimulating environment and will have creative experiential activities to support your specific objective.
